Handmade wheel thrown one-of-a-kind ceramic mug. Inspired by the colors of Autumn with a touch of spooky. The mug itself is a white base with orange and black clay marble. Clear glazed surface makes these colors pop beneath the carved gothic window arches on both sides. Surrounding the windows, as if they are growing up around the windows are carved vines that were inlayed with black glaze. The handle is adorned with filagree appliques with a moth above, adding a touch of old-world elegance and whimsy. The front focal point of the mug is a painted moth rendered in meticulous details. The interior is glazed with bright orange that echoes the colors within the moth.
