Handmade wheel thrown one-of-a-kind ceramic mug. Inspired by the colors of Autumn with a touch of spooky. The exterior glaze is a glossy floating greenish blue glaze with a brown undertone. On both sides are carved gothic window arches glazed in contrasting black. Surrounding the windows, as if they are growing up around the windows are carved vines. The handle is adorned with filagree and sunflower appliques giving a whimsy old-world charm. The front focal point of the mug is a painted moth rendered in meticulous details. The moth is not clear glazed leaving it the natural texture of ceramic. The interior is glazed orange and yellow gradient that echo the colors of the moth.
