Handmade wheel thrown one-of-a-kind ceramic mug. Inspired by the colors of Autumn with a touch of spooky. The exterior surface is glazed with a silky matte black with purple crystal blooms. The carved gothic window arches on both sides contrast against the matte black with gloss browns. The handle is adorned with filagree appliques which add an old-world elegance. The front focal point of the mug is a painted moth rendered in meticulous details. The interior is glazed with a bright orange with brown drips that echo the colors within the moth. The moth is not clear glazed, leaving it the natural texture of unglazed ceramic.
